“Empowering Wellness: Our Health, Our Future.”
‘’The Sankalp Sampoorna Swasthya‘’ , Health Awareness Program was a resounding success. The program featured informative sessions conducted by renowned paediatricians who covered a range of topics like following a healthy diet plan , avoiding junk food, interpreting the nutrition values mentioned on the junk food packets & beverages.The ever enthusiastic Rustomites of grade 6 actively participated in the various activities conducted during the workshop including some physical exercises shown by the experts.Rustomjee looks forward to build on this initiative in the future and continue to prioritise the health of our children.
