Yashvi Radia’s Journey
From Student to Changemaker: Celebrating the Journey of a Proud Rustomjee Alumnus 🌟
At Rustomjee International School, we believe education extends far beyond academics. It is about nurturing confident, compassionate, and purpose-driven individuals who go on to create meaningful impact in the world.
We are proud to spotlight Yashvi Sejal Chirag Radia, an 18-year-old RIS alumnus and the founder of Young Voices, an initiative dedicated to empowering children aged 6–16 through confidence-building, communication, and self-expression.
Through thoughtfully curated workshops featuring public speaking, storytelling, debates, skits, and voice modulation, Yashvi has created safe and encouraging spaces where young minds can discover their voice, build self-belief, and unlock their potential.
Recognizing the importance of emotional well-being, Yashvi also conducted impactful sessions focused on teenage mental health and strengthening parent-teen relationships. These sessions helped bridge communication gaps and foster deeper understanding within families.
Her journey came full circle when she returned to Rustomjee International School as a speaker at one of our school fests, inspiring students with her insights on confidence, communication, leadership, and personal growth.
Yashvi’s story is a testament to the values we strive to instill in every learner: empathy, leadership, creativity, and a lifelong commitment to learning and making a difference.
