Yoga-Nurturing Wellness: 21-June-2023
In an endeavour to celebrate International Yoga Day, students of Rustomjee International School & Junior College participated in the Yoga session organized at Loknete Late Shri Gopinath Munde Shakti Maidan, Dahisar (E) on 21st June 2023.
The students performed Yoga asanas enthusiastically under the guidance of highly qualified mentors. The students thoroughly enjoyed the session which highlighted the fact that Yoga can contribute in a holistic way to achieve an equilibrium between mind and body.
